The Federal Tax Identification Number for the TEAM LAC Foundation is 93-4737105. Per IRS Regulations, deductible charitable contributions must be reduced by the value of goods received, specifically dinner tickets used by your organization in exchange for your contribution. We will provide a letter to substantiate your donation as canceled checks alone do not qualify as valid substantiation for charitable gifts over $250.
